

My goal is to inspire and empower you to be your best version and to challenge you to go beyond what you perceived was possible.
I have designed my 8-week program so you can do it leading into a race or event or whenever suits you, up to you.
After completing the 8 weeks, it's yours for life to repeat or to cover the modules that you feel need more work.

Throughout the 8-week program, we will have five 45-minute 1:1 calls together. These will cover everything you need to know about the next module, cover any questions you may have, and I will give some tasks/ challenges for you to do.
